According to a recent article published in the Telegraph, FTSE 100 businesses that addressed mental health or wellbeing more than twice in their annual reports last year raked in up to three times more profit than those that didn't, a survey has found.
"This could lead to more productive employees with fewer days off work and more engagement with their company, ultimately leading to better financial returns." the report said.
